BLACK FRIDAY 2025 Raffle
OFFICIAL REGULATIONS OF THE "BLACK FRIDAY RAFFLE - ABYFIT.RO" CAMPAIGN
1. Campaign organizer
1.1. The promotional campaign "Black Friday Raffle - AbyFit.ro" (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") is organized by ABY ATHLEISURE SRL with its registered office in Oradea, Alexandru Street. D. Xenopol, no. 14, BL PB5, A? 18, county BIHOR, registered with the Trade Register under no. J5/225/27.01.2023, Unique Registration Code 47516351, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".
1.2. The campaign is carried out through the online store www.abyfit.ro .
2. Period and area of deployment
2.1. The campaign runs from November 22 to November 30, 2024 , 11:59 p.m., inclusive.
2.2. The campaign is valid throughout Romania and is dedicated to orders placed on the website www.abyfit.ro between 2.1
3. Right to participate
3.1. All individuals residing in Romania who have reached the age of 18 on the date of registration can participate in the Campaign.
3.2. Participation is open to all customers who place at least one valid order during the Campaign period.
3.3. Employees of the Organizer and their first-degree relatives are excluded from participation.
4. Participation mechanism
4.1. All orders placed and paid for between November 22–30, 2024 are automatically entered into the raffle.
4.2. One order represents one entry into the raffle. A person may have multiple entries, depending on the number of orders.
4.3. Orders returned or not picked up by the customer will NOT participate in the raffle.
4.4. Verification of the eligibility of orders will be made after the expiry of the return period, according to the legislation in force (14 calendar days from receipt of the package).
5. Campaign Award
5.1. The prize offered consists of a voucher of 1,500 lei for shopping on www.abyfit.ro .
5.2. The voucher is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and can be used in a single order or according to the conditions established by the store.
5.3. The voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of claiming the prize.
6. Designation and announcement of the winner
6.1. The winner will be drawn on December 20, 2025, after the return period for all orders entered into the Campaign has expired.
6.2. The drawing will be carried out through an electronic random selection system.
6.3. The winner will be contacted by email or phone within a maximum of 5 business days from the draw.
6.4. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, the Organizer reserves the right to conduct a new draw.
7. Protection of personal data
7.1. The Organizer processes the personal data of the participants exclusively for the purpose of conducting the Campaign, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
7.2. Participants benefit from the rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability, restriction and opposition.
7.3. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, except for legal obligations.
8. Limitation of liability
8.1. The organizer is not responsible for technical errors, service interruptions or situations beyond its control.
8.2. The organizer cannot be held responsible for the winner's inability to use the voucher for reasons beyond its control.
9. Taxes and duties
9.1. The organizer will bear, if applicable, the tax related to the prize, according to the tax legislation in force.
9.2. Any other costs not expressly included in the regulations are the responsibility of the winner.
10. Termination or modification of the Campaign
10.1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the regulations or suspend the Campaign in justified situations, with prior notice on www.abyfit.ro .
10.2. Any change takes effect from the date of publication.
11. Official Rules
11.1. The Regulations are available free of charge on www.abyfit.ro throughout the duration of the Campaign.
11.2. Participation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these regulations.
